3023 North Main is a one of a kind craftsman cottage that was refreshed to its original glory. The home features the original solid wood ship lap throughout the home along with the original solid hardwood flooring throughout the residential portion. We honored the history of the time with interior design and furnishings inspired by the 1930s.
This flex residential space features indoor and outdoor areas which are available for house party rentals.

— 370 square feet open area accommodates 20 guests seated with tables/chairs, 30 guests standing
— minimum $300 spent, any additional time is $100 per hour

— outdoor usage must end by 10pm, you may rent indoor space if needed after 10pm

This charming 1930s cottage welcomes you with a massive Oak tree, white picket fence, original ship lap walls and ceilings, hardwood flooring and historically inspired interiors. The bungalow features 2 spacious bedrooms, a full bathroom, living room and kitchenette. The historic Sugar Land Railway Railroad est 1893 100 feet away runs adds a nostalgic reminder of the history of the area. It is conveniently located on Hwy 90, minutes away from Hwy 59, Bltwy 8 and Hwy 6 sits. The spacious front yard covered with playground mulch creates the perfect space for outdoor yoga, children to run and play freely. The property features an enchanting Moroccan inspired covered tiled patio and fountain.

Basics: central A/C, ample parking, high speed wifi, tv with premium subscriptions, sound bar & surround sound speaker, smoke detector/carbon monoxide detector for safety, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, blow dryer, keyless entry access, rice cooker, toaster oven, petite fridge/freezer, microwave, Ring security system and outdoor cameras, iron and ironing board, room facing Main street is equipped with white noise machine as well as noise cancelling headphones, landline (no national/international calls permitted),

The property sits across from the historic Sugar Land Railway which was built in 1893 and is an iconic reminder of the history of the area. It is an active railroad. The home is located conveniently on North Main Street (Highway 90), minutes away from Hwy 59, Bltwy 8, and Highway 6. Therefore the area is popular and there is the hustle and bustle of the cars and train during the day and evenings but it does quiet down at night. We have provided guests with noise cancelling headphones and white noise machines in the bedrooms to use during their stay.
